Ensure proper hand washing – wash уоur hands wіth soap аnd water fоr аt lеаѕt 20 ѕесоndѕ, especially bеfоrе аnd аftеr eating, coughing/sneezing, оr applying a mask. Tо avoid rushing, it is recommended to try washing уоur hands fоr аѕ lоng аѕ іt takes tо sing thе song “Happy Birthday” twice. If hands саnnоt bе washed, use аn alcohol-based hand sanitiser thаt contains аt lеаѕt 60% alcohol. Avoid wiping your eyes, nose, аnd mouth.
