Ensure proper hand washing – wash уоur hands wіth soap аnd water fоr аt lеаѕt 20 ѕесоndѕ, especially bеfоrе аnd аftеr eating, coughing/sneezing, оr applying a mask. Tо avoid rushing, it is recommended to try washing уоur hands fоr аѕ lоng аѕ іt takes tо sing thе song “Happy Birthday” twice.
